I am trying to buy mineral makeup samples on-line that are from the other end of the world. How do you pay online? Is it safe if I use my credit card? What are some of the sites that ships internationally? Is it also safe to buy stuff from the HK Facial-Shop?

I always use paypal to pay for my purchases online as my credit card details are protected. It is free of charge (but of course with limitations).
Most mineral sites do ship internationally, before you start purchasing, always click on information on shipping and see their starting rate for international shipping. I also bookmark those mineral companies I would love to buy from and wait for sales and discounts.
I suggest if you are a start-up mineral make-up user, you can go to bazaars or meet up with local mineral make up sellers here in the Philippines, it is easier for you to choose the right foundation shade for you.
HK Facial Shop is a legit company so far. I haven't personally buy anything from them, but I've read so many bloggers buying stuffs from them and receiving their stuffs without any problems at all. So do check out some bloggers who bought from HK Facial Shop like Fuz's Haul

Where did you buy the Playtex Feminine Wipes? And Neutrogena Facial Wipes?

I bought my Playtex Feminine Wipes at Cash & Carry Supermarket. It's on the top most part of the shelf so you have to really look for it :)
Neutrogena Facial Wipes I bought it at Tickles store (yes, the gift shop) at Glorietta. They have Neutrogena and L'oreal wipes there

Can you recommend a few eyeliner pencils and mascaras that do not smudge and would last for few hours?

I'm sure there's a lot of brands out there that I haven't tried yet, I will recommend to you those that I've tried or I've heard that are really good. You can click them for the reviews I've done in the past. I will give you an option to choose from a bit pricey to cheap alternatives :)

Question:
Which is better brand for nail polish? The Face Shop? Elianto or ELF?
Askmewhats Answers:
I would say you can choose between Elianto and The Face Shop as they both perform well and works the same..it's just a matter of colors.Elianto has more choices of colors while the Face Shop are more into the basics. But brushes from Elianto and the Face Shop are the same and they both chip at the same time, if done well, they last for a week.
ELF on the other hand, I don't see them available here, and even if they are, your choice of colors are limited to nudes, pinks and reds.
Question:
I'm not into nail art but I'm really into getting them cleaned every 2 weeks....my question is/are, is it ok to bring your own tools? Will they get offended if I bring my own tools to the parlor?

In my opinion, bringing your own tools are ok and won't be offending BUT, I strongly suggest to let the nail artist use their own tools as they are more "used to it". Just make sure to tell them to disinfect them first. Good salon have their tools disinfected in front of you with alcohol.

Oh yeah, I told you guys that I met up with Anne of Yummibitez the last night of her Philippines trip. She's super sweet and pretty in person!!! Though everyone's really busy with the holidays, we had a mini Pow Wow and we talked like we're friends forever!We had fun chatting about everything we could talk about, we even waited for her while she hoarded at The Face Shop!!! I wish I could stay longer, but the day was super busy for me with all the dinners and parties, so I have to bid goodbye and I got 6-packed muscles from all the laughing! lol

Anne's friend is a graphic artist, she looks SUPER young and I can't believe how old I am lol.
Anne is the superb blogger, wonderful person, who took the time to meet us no matter how tight her schedule is. She's a bubbly person and it's funny how we thought she can't speak Tagalog, we're super glad she can!!! Anne, hope to see you again when you visit the Philippines!
Shen, the crazy gal, well, I've met her 3 times in total but looking at how crazy we act and how we love the "yellow" light! We were like friends since grade school! I enjoy her humor! LOL Coz her humor is like MINE! She's super hardworking and I can't believe this woman still has the energy!
Sophie, I call her my younger sis, came from the same grade school and high school I studied. We're both nerds! lol But I love how I got to feel so comfortable around her and I'm looking forward for more of her adventures when she go to Singapore. I'll be missing her for sure! But I'm sure she'll come back with lots of achievement as she's a go-getter and I trust that she'll excel no matter what she does! Goodluck sis!
Jamie, I met for the first time is very nice, sweet and soft-spoken! I could be wrong! LOL But she's a funny gal too!!! I'm glad to have the chance to finally meet her! :) I hope to see you again Jamie!

Photos felt like Christmas! LOL We were right outside the Rustan's Department store in Shangri-la Mall.
